The Ab Rocket - Get amazing abs in just 5 minutes a day

If you want to train at home and you'd like it to be able to work your abs to make the sleek and sexy without hurting either your bank balance or your back muscles, then look no further than the Ab Rocket which is easy to set up and use, and convenient enough to quickly store in the closet after your workout.

The Ab Rocket Workout

Traditional ab exercises are carried out on the floor, which can put a lot of strain on the back and neck muscles as you struggle to raise head and shoulders to look over your knees in the conventional crunch position.  For new exercisers this is quite dangerous as the abs will be too weak to perform correctly and the muscles of the lower back will struggle to cope with the movement as you try to heave yourself upwards against gravity.

It is very hard at first to do ab exercises in the correct way as you simply will not know which muscles to use, when to breathe, and so on; to do ab exercises right you would need to have a Personal Trainer on hand to instruct you in the correct method.

The Ab Rocket Exercise - Cheaper Than A Personal Trainer

If you don't have a Personal Trainer - and let's face it, they don't come cheap - you will struggle as reading how to do ab exercises properly will be more likely to confuse you than anything else, and is very likely that you won't know where to start.

Not engaging your abs correctly and hauling yourself up into a crunch by tugging at the back of your neck puts your back muscles under a terrific amount of strain, as your brain tries to obey your commands with whatever muscles it can recruit.

If the important muscles are not correctly recruited, the work goes to other muscles nearby which are not designed to do the job.  I have known people tear a back muscle and even dislodge a disk by performing ab crunches incorrectly.

For Perfect Ab Work Try The Ab Rocket

The Ab Rocket is cleverly designed to solve the problem of how to work all the ab muscles without causing any strain on the back or the neck. The Ab Rocket puts you in a seated position and the backrest consists of padded rollers that support your spine all the way up to the back of your head.

Now that you are seated in the Ab Rocket, you are in the perfect position to perform the perfect crunch, squeezing and tightening all the muscles of your abdominals correctly and effectively and with no strain whatsoever to your spine. This will give you the toned abs you desire without the back pain you dread!

I am 6'1,200lbs.All I have read are complaints from people who dont know how to use this properly. This is just like doing crunch situps with assistance from the springs. This is not suppose to do the situp for you,but assist slightly in your movement.Dont expect this machine to do the situp for you, your suppose to do most of the work to get results.
