The KettleWorx Review

Kettleworx Just Works!

You've just switched off the TV after watching yet another Infomercial claiming you can easily lose weight by exercising for only 4 mins a day in front of the TV and you won't even get sweaty.

According to the slick salesmen and women the machine does all the work for you.

Now call me stupid (many do) but if you're not working how are you burning calories? And if you're not burning calories how are you going to lose weight?

Common sense tells you it's not true but your desire to shed lbs is sometimes so strong you get conned by this type of sales pitch and hand over your credit card.

Enter The KettleWorx no gimmicks and no false promises and yes you will get sweaty doing the exercise program :)

Kettle Worx - No False Promises

The Kettle Worx is a metal ball with a handle on the top and comes in a variety of weights to allow for different fitness levels.

It's effectiveness as a fat burning exercise system comes from it's ability to deliver both cardio (keeps your pulse up) and strength training (essential to help build muscle) in the same workout.

This means that you can get a full body workout in a much shorter space of time yet retain all the benefits of fantastic fat burning and muscle building. In fact the Kettleworx system suggests 20 mins 3 times a week so in 1 hour per week you could replace a workout that would normally take you much longer.

It's creator Ryan Shanhan claims that if you give your best effort for one hour a week you'll get results in 6 weeks and I'd have to agree. Now you won't have lost the 30lbs other programs will claim but you will feel better, stronger and your pants won't feel as tight.

With KettleWorx Won't I Get Big and Bulky?

Don't worry ladies although you may be frightened of developing huge muscles and looking like the Incredible Hulk it just isn't going to happen.

Women just don't have enough testosterone to turn the into a muscle bound freak no matter how hard you try (unless you're taking drugs). The only thing that will happen though is that you'll develop long lean and strong muscles that will look good and help prevent the dreaded jiggly wigglies.

On top of that muscle is your fat burning machine - The more muscle you've got the more fat you'll burn.

Also you'll be using a lighter weight than a man maybe only 5lbs to start with so relax you'll just look great.

Isn't A 5lb KettleBell Very Light?

Yes it is :) A five pound KelleWorx is light but when you're swinging it around it won't feel light! Also when first starting good form is very important if you want to avoid injury and a light weight ensures you can handle the Kettlebell before moving on to a heavier weight, The Kettlebells aren't expensive so moving up to a 10lb one won't break the bank.

Remember when you're using a Kettlebell you're trying to resist gravity so it weighs more as you swing it and your body has to stabilise itself against this increased load. This is one of the reasons a KettleBell is far more effective than gym machines which fix you into position isolating a particular muscle group. The more muscles you use in an exercise again the more calories you burn.

KettleWorx Really Does Work

The KettleWorx program really does work but only if you actually use it! If you're expecting to do nothing or very little then this isn't for you so please don't buy this product. You'll be wasting your time and money..

If however you're tired of being scammed by the expensive pieces of exercise equipment that claim it's easy to lose weight..

And you want a great fat blasting workout that is fun to do and you don't mind getting sweaty then KettleWorx is for you.

Starting at $89 The KettleWorx Program comes with 6 DVD's a five pound kettlebell and the Fat Free in 42 - A six week healthy eating guide.
